The Omen Wing
This wing keeps the village records that smell faintly of smoke, damp grain, and old ink. It holds seasonal omen entry, river and ford condition, village elder annotation, strange dream report, and what to tell the council. Each one gives you a short pressure point rather than a full plot.
Using the Entries
Take the result as a mark in the local record. Then decide who notices it first, who dismisses it, and which household pays if the council waits too long. A ford reading can become a travel cost. An elder margin can overturn a festival. A dream report can pull children, ancestors, and weather into the same room.
Questions for the Keeper
- Which ordinary chore reveals the entry?
- Who benefits if the sign is ignored?
- Which custom gives the village a dangerous answer?
- What detail proves the almanac is not entirely right?
